Shipping policy

All items are handmade - MOST items will ship out within 10 business days unless otherwise stated on the items description.

Mama Llama will only hold items for 120 days after notification they are ready for pickup. If items are not picked up or arrangements are not made, items are forfeited and refunds will not be granted.
