Q: Can I personalize my order?
Yes! Most of our blankets, chopper mittens, and apparel items can be customized with names, team logos, or other designs. Add your personalization details in the ā€œNotesā€ section when ordering.

Q: Can I put multiple name(s) and Sport(s)Ā 

YES! absolutely. just make sure to add your personalization details in the notes section.Ā 

Q: Do you send a proof before production?
We typically do not send proofs unless requested. If you’d like one, please note that in your order comments.


šŸ“¦ Production & Turnaround Time

Q: How long does it take to complete my order?
Our standard turnaround time is up to 10 business days, plus shipping. During busy seasons (like holidays), production may take a little longer.

Q: Do you offer rush orders?
Yes — rush options may be available depending on our current workload. Please message us before placing your order to confirm - Fees may apply.Ā 

🧵 Handmade Quality

Q: Are your items handmade?
Yes! Most of our items are handmade with care, one at a time. Because of this, small variations or imperfections may occur — such as slight differences in stitching, placement, or prints.Ā  These details are part of what make each piece unique and truly one of a kind. Our leather mittens are genuine deerskin leather and because of this there can be variationsĀ  in the color, texture and stretch of each mitten.Ā 


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How do you ship orders?
Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided once your item is on its way.

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Q: My package says ā€œdelivered,ā€ but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Once an order is marked as delivered, we’re unable to replace items lost after delivery.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was an error on our end.

Q: What if there’s a mistake with my order?
If we made an error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Q: What materials do you use?

  • Chopper Mittens: Genuine deer skin with warm sherpa lining.

  • Blankets: Soft, durable luxe fleece or anti-pill fleece materials (varies by style).

  • Apparel: Quality cotton or blend fabrics for comfort and longevity.

Q: How should I care for my items?

  • Blankets & Apparel: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low/no heat.Ā 

  • Mittens: Spot clean only with water.Ā
